Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Spanish and European legislation, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar daysfrom receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for returns

For the return to be valid, the product must meet the following conditions:

✅ The candles must be unused and unlit.
✅ They must retain their original packaging in perfect condition.
✅ They must not show signs of use, damage or tampering.
✅ They must include all original labels

⚠️ IMPORTANT:We do not accept returns of candles that have been lit or used, as they lose their new product status.

3. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective product, one damaged during transport, or one that is different from what you ordered:

Send us photos of the product and packaging.
We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

Step 1:Send an email to marivelaszen@gmail.comindicating:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return

Step 2:We will confirm the refund and give you instructions

Step 4:Once the product has been received and verified, we will process your refund

5. Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a change of mind: The customer assumes the return shipping costs
If the product is defective or damaged: MariVelasZen will cover the shipping costs

6. Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified:

We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The import cost of the product will be refunded.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except if the product is defective).
